How It Works
1. Request Care
Submit a care request through our website or via text to 865-469-6088 to tell us about your pets, your location, and the dates you need help.
2. Complimentary Meet & Greet
We will schedule a free in-home meet & greet so we can meet you and your pets, review routines and care needs, and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
3. Set Up Your Pet Pocketbook Portal (Optional)
After the meet & greet, you will receive an invitation to create your secure Pet Pocketbook client portal to manage pet details, scheduling, and billing.
4. Receive Your Personalized Quote
Once everything is confirmed, we will provide your custom quote and help you move forward with booking, so you can relax knowing your pets are in good hands.
